20 Year Waste Strategy – NetWaste Submission

The NSW Department of Industry and Planning released an issues paper, Cleaning Up Our Act: The Future for Waste and Resource Recovery in NSW, was released in March and April 2020 for public consultation, to help shape the development of the 20-Year Waste Strategy. The NSW Government is currently reviewing the feedback received.

NetWaste has submitted its own regional submission which can be downloaded HERE regarding the NetWaste regions’ response to the discussion paper. The submission involved considerable feedback from many of the Councils, and gives an insight into what our region requires for circular economy projects regarding waste and recycling.
